![]() It was a Grand & Glorious evening at the PGF opening dinner of 2008 at Bruno’s restaurant on Wednesday 12 March 2008. A full house with many regulars and some first-timers alike enjoying a Gourmet presentation from Chef Fredi, who outdid himself again this year with a wonderful Hors-d”oeuvre selection including goose liver, rock lobster, salmon, and a wonderful shrimp & avocado mixture, and that was just the starter! The main feature of the many course repast was his tender Australian Beef Tenderloin finished off the meal with a creamy Coconut Ice cream parfait Malibu, if it sounds irresistible, then don’t miss the next PGF Dinner!
