TO ALL PATTAYA GAY FESTIVAL SPONSORS

2002 proved to be a fantastic year during which 3.36 million baht was raised for charity, particularly for HEARTT 2000. A full financial report can be viewed on the PGF Website www:pattayagayfestival.com Your support was much appreciated.

The format for PGF 2003 will be slightly different.
* All sponsors will be asked for a 5,000 baht donation and all sponsors will get an official listing.
* There will be 10 OFFICIALLY organised events:
  4 major gala dinners
  Mr. and Miss PGF contests
  The final 4 days of events 29th November - 2nd December.
*Any sponsor is welcome to organise an event on behalf and under the auspices of the PGF.

The event may be held at any time during the year but the total organisation of such events would be the responsibility of the sponsors under the followng conditions:
  a) Prior notification and approval of each event
  b) Monies received for the PGF would have to be paid over to the PGF Treasurer within 7 days of the event.
  c) All publicity should include the phrase "proceeds in support of PGF charities" and sponsors of approved events are required to use the PGF logo.
  d) Self-sponsored and new ideas would be welcome.

The aims of PGF 2003 are:
  a) To raise a minimum of 2.4 million baht
  b) To appoint a patron from the local Thai community
  c) To gain approval and support from the Tourist Authority of Thailand for the Festivals final events.

Your support for all events is vital to the continued good work that PGF has undertaken to date.
